After continually being referred to pregnant clients, we realized that pregnant women really want to move and feel strong during this time. They are often afraid they aren’t doing exercises that are safe and effective during pregnancy. We decided we can help.
We combined our experience to create the ABC Fit method. We met as we were working at Equinox as personal trainers in 2015 and fell in love with fitness and each other! We have worked for really strong brands in fitness since 2011 including, New York Sports club, Gold’s Gym, Barre 3, Les Mills, Equinox and more.
