Yes! Unless your medical team tells you otherwise. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists suggests 150 minutes of modern to high intensity movement per week. ABC Fit Collective pairs you up with a certified pre/postnatal fitness expert so you know you are in safe hands. All the workout programs + videos in our library are curated by experts to make sure you get the safest and most effective exercises for you and your baby.

Yes! ABC Fit is very beginner friendly! If you decide to work with one of our certified pre/postnatal fitness experts then they will tailor the training session to your fitness level. Our library of pregnancy and postpartum safe workouts allows you to filter based on intensity, equipment, style of training, length etc. Our self-guided workout programs are beginner friendly and allow you to do the workouts on your time.

ABC Fit currently does not offer in-person training (meaning we do not come to your home). ABC Fit offers virtual fitness options that can be done from the comfort of your own home. All workouts can be done on a phone, tablet, or computer.

Your certified pre/postnatal fitness expert will work with whatever equipment you may (or may not!) have. They are well versed in all fitness equipment and they can offer guidance on what the best equipment might be for you. You can also check out our Resources page to shop for some of our favorites!

Yes! We have a self-guided fitness program called the Core Restore that was made specifically to help moms heal their abdominal separation. We would strongly suggest working 1-on-1 with one of certified pre/postnatal fitness experts if you are looking for a more custom tailored approach to healing your core.
