  • I just found out I’m pregnant. Is this safe for me?

    Absolutely! Unless your medical team advises otherwise, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity movement per week during pregnancy. At ABC Fit Collective, our Virtual Training sessions pair you with certified pre/postnatal fitness experts to ensure every workout is safe for you and your baby. Our Virtual Gym also offers a library of expert-curated, pregnancy-safe workouts so you can feel confident and supported at every step.

  • I’m new to working out, and I’m pregnant or a new mom. Can I start this?

    Yes! ABC Fit is perfect for beginners. Our certified pre/postnatal fitness experts tailor Virtual Training sessions to your fitness level, ensuring you feel comfortable and capable. Our Virtual Gym includes pregnancy- and postpartum-safe workouts that you can filter by intensity, equipment, style, and length, giving you plenty of beginner-friendly options to get started at your own pace.

  • Do you do in-person training, or is it all virtual?

    We’re all about making fitness as easy and accessible as possible, so everything we offer is 100% virtual. Whether you’re joining a Virtual Training session with a certified expert or exploring our Virtual Gym workouts, you can do it all from the comfort of your home on your phone, tablet, or computer.

  • I don’t have a gym membership or much equipment. What workout equipment will I need?

    No problem! Your certified pre/postnatal fitness expert will work with whatever you have—or don’t have. They’re pros at creating effective workouts with minimal or no equipment. For some inspiration, check out our Resources page for our favorite home workout essentials.

  • I have diastasis recti. Are these workouts safe for me?

    Yes! Healing your core is a top priority for us. With an ABC Fit Virtual Gym membership, you’ll have access to our specialized Core Restore program, designed to help moms safely and effectively heal diastasis recti. For a more personalized approach, we recommend working 1-on-1 with one of our certified pre/postnatal fitness experts through Virtual Training.

  • Do I have to commit to a long-term membership?

    Nope! We know life as a mom can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible options. Whether you’re looking for a one-time Virtual Training session or a month-to-month Virtual Gym membership, you can choose what works best for your schedule and goals.

  • How soon after giving birth can I start working out?

    Every mom’s recovery is different, so we recommend getting clearance from your doctor before starting. Once you’re cleared, our Virtual Gym and Virtual Training sessions offer postpartum-safe workouts designed to rebuild strength, support healing, and help you feel amazing—all at your own pace.

  • How long are the workouts?

    At ABC Fit Collective, we offer flexible workout options to fit your needs and schedule:


    Virtual Gym Workouts: These range from 5–45 minutes, giving you the flexibility to choose a session length that works best for your day.


    Virtual Training Sessions: These are 35 minutes long and provide a focused, guided workout tailored to your fitness goals.
