I just found out I'm pregnant. Is this good for me?

Yes! We designed this program with you in mind. All of the workouts are created by certified pre/postnatal fitness experts to help keep you safe in your maternity journey. You can also continue to do this program well in to your third trimester or as directed by your doctor. 

I'm new to working out, can I start this?

YES! This program is beginner and user friendly and super easy to follow with minimal equipment. It's perfect for someone who is just starting out as we will guide you through some of the fundamental movements so you feel confident on your own. You get to pick your weights and your intensity so folks that are more experienced will be able to get a lot out of it as well. 

How is this different from other pregnancy programs?

You are getting the secrets from 3 different certified prenatal and postpartum fitness experts in this program. With a combined 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and multiple degrees, you should feel safe and confident knowing that we are providing you with the best programming possible.

What if I don't have a gym membership or much equipment? 

You don't need much aside from a few dumbbells or you can use some household items, just as long as they are of equal weight (just so you can be even while training).

How long is the workout?

We suggest taking it at your own pace but the workout should take about 30 minutes.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is your body, although we always offer the option of adding dumbbells. No dumbbells? No problem. We will work with what you have. 

I have kids already, will the exercise still work for me?

Absolutely. This program is pregnancy-safe but can really be done by anyone.

Are the workouts safe for pelvic floor organ relapse?

Yes, this is a low-impact program with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and core. We do recommend contacting your physician for approval before participating in the program.

How soon can I start the program after birth?

We recommend you listen to your body as well as your physician. When you are given the green light by both your body and physician, take the program at a slow pace to start.

Does ABC Fit have workouts to fit my fitness level?

We customize the program for every fitness level. These programs can be done with just your bodyweight. For more advanced folks, dumbbells can be added to increase the challenge.

Does the ABC Method address distastis recti?

Throughout the program we will provide cues to address diastasis recti. But we do recommend you consult your physician for approval.
