ABC FIT Collective was created by two pre and post fitness specialists with a combined 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. They used their expertise to create a method that focuses on Alignment, breath work and core. They believe that those 3 pillars are the foundation to building strength. After years of continually being referred to more and more pre and post natal clients, they figured they were on the right track.
The prep: All the things that happen before the session
Dress for the part: be ready to move in your active wear or something you feel comfortable moving in, tie your hair up and you can opt for sneakers or barefoot (up to you)
Set the scene: grab your mat or towel and clear the area you will use for the session. If you have equipment, get that ready, if not no worries. A water bottle and towel are always great to have handy
Lights, Camera, Action: Be sure to be in a well-lit area so your fitness specialist can see you well. Position your laptop/phone or camera so your whole body can be in the frame. Log into your unique Zoom meeting and be ready to get moving!
The Session: What happens while in the session?
You will be matched with a certified pre and post natal fitness specialist that will be able to take care of your every need
You both will log into your unique Zoom meeting and have a lovely chat about how you are feeling that day, any updates from your doctor, how you’ve been sleeping, etc then get into the movement
Your coach will have created a fitness program that will keep you safe and strong and customize it to your needs and previous history
Sessions are typically 30 minutes of movement which is the American College of Gynocology’s recommended amount of movement per day. Craving more time with your coach? Just ask! We offer options that best suit your needs!
